Email hello@neatround.com from the address linked to your NeatRound account where possible. NeatRound does not currently advertise 24-hour or emergency support, so urgent operational work should follow your employer's normal service-continuity process.
What to include
- Your organisation name and whether you are using the web or mobile app.
- The screen or workflow involved, such as sign-in, round sync, issue photo, proof, or invoice preparation.
- What you expected, what happened, and the approximate time it occurred.
- A screenshot only when it does not expose customer details, access instructions, or sensitive service information.
Never send a password, one-time code, recovery link, private key, site access code, full customer export, or unrelated photo. NeatRound support will not ask for your password.
Common help
Invitation or sign-in
Confirm that your organisation invited the same email address you are using. Use the sign-in recovery option rather than forwarding a sign-in link.
Offline field work
Keep NeatRound installed and do not clear app data while a service or issue photo is waiting to sync. Reconnect, reopen the assigned round, and allow the app to finish.
Access or role changes
Your organisation Owner or Admin controls team membership and operational permissions. Support cannot silently grant tenant access.
Incorrect service data
Identify the customer, site, round, or proof in the product. Avoid emailing copied customer records when an in-product reference is enough.
Report a security issue
Email hello@neatround.com with the subject NeatRound security report. In the first message, describe the affected surface and potential impact without including exploit code, credentials, or customer data. We will provide a safer handoff if more detail is needed.
Privacy and account deletion
Read the privacy policy for data-handling information. NeatRound includes self-service deletion inside the app; the public account deletion page explains the process and provides a support path when you cannot sign in.
Account deletion
